Our one day HACCP workshop ran this week providing a comprehensive introduction to the principles and techniques of food safety in a brewery.
Blending a mix of classroom tutorials and demonstrations in the brewery, we delivered knowledge and provided example documentation for attendees to go ahead and create and implement their own HACCP plans.
The course had 8 participants from a range of backgrounds.
Giles Meadows of Wincle Brewery in Macclesfield stated “The HACCP course was extremely accessible, useful and relevant to both brewery operatives and management. It will certainly help us implement and maintain a robust HACCP plan.”
