3 Day Course - START UP BREWING
This course is designed for those people who are thinking about setting up their own micro brewery.

All the most important aspects of setting up a micro brewery are covered including basic brewing theory, brewery design, brewery layout, yeast analysis, marketing and a review of key aspects of business start up planning.

By the end of the course you will have all the necessary details needed to decide whether brewing is the right career for you.

Many of our previous students now operate their own micro breweries, following this course with our 3 week Certificate in Practical Brewing.
