MICROBIOLOGY WORKSHOP

This is a one day workshop where you can learn to use a light microscope to carry out basic microbiological techniques.

Some understanding of the brewing process, along with basic maths and chemistry, would be beneficial but not essential.

By the end of the course you will have knowledge of how to implement your own micro brewery hygiene and quality control procedures.

SMALL SCALE BOTTLING WORKSHOP

This is a one day workshop specifically focused on the micro brewery sector. You can learn to use a twin head counter pressure bottling machine.

Some understanding of the brewing process, along with basic maths and chemistry, would be beneficial but not essential.

By the end of the course you will have an insight to the theory and practice of bottling both sterile carbonated and bottle conditioned type products.
