Brewlab provides a full range of cost effective microbiological and chemical analyses services to help your brewery to maintain its quality assurance.
Our Due Diligence Analysis Package can assist in overcoming hygiene problems and comply with industry Codes of Practice. The Brewlab development services allow brewers to bank their yeast to ensure it is ready for culture when problems arise or the existing yeast needs replenishing.
We have a wide selection of yeasts for you to choose for brewing different types of beer.
We also advise on fermentation procedures for consistency of final product.
If you have a particular commercial brewing problem, Brewlab can assist in tracing the cause, using our practical brewing expertise and research facilities at the University of Sunderland.
